How We Work

A Disciplined Process, From Farm to Overseas Port

Every shipment we send follows the same ten-stage process, designed to protect quality across even the longest freight routes.

01

Farm Sourcing & Contracting

Pre-season

We work directly with trusted growers across our sourcing regions, agreeing on volume, variety and delivery schedules well ahead of harvest.

02

Harvest & Field Collection

Day 1

Fruit is hand-harvested at optimal maturity and moved to collection centres within hours to minimise field heat and preserve freshness.

03

Grading & Quality Inspection

Day 1–2

Every lot passes through electronic sizing, brix testing and visual grading. Our in-house quality team rejects fruit that does not meet export specification.

04

Treatment & Pack House Processing

Day 2

Depending on destination protocol, fruit undergoes vapour heat treatment, hydro-cooling or waxing before being packed into export-grade cartons.

05

Cold Chain & Pre-Cooling

Day 2–3

Packed cartons move into pre-cooling chambers and are held at variety-specific temperatures before container stuffing to lock in shelf life.

06

Documentation & Compliance

Day 2–3

Our trade desk prepares phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, fumigation certificates and buyer-specific documentation in parallel with packing.

07

Container Stuffing & Dispatch

Day 3

Reefer containers are pre-cooled, loaded under supervision, and sealed with temperature loggers fitted for full transit monitoring.

08

Port Handling & Vessel Loading

Day 4–5

Consignments move via Chennai Port or Kempegowda International Airport for customs clearance and onward loading, tracked closely by our logistics team.

09

Ocean / Air Freight

5–30 days (route dependent)

We work with established shipping lines and air cargo partners, selecting the mode and routing that best preserves quality for each destination.

10

Destination Delivery & Support

On arrival

On arrival, we coordinate with buyer-side clearing agents and remain available for post-shipment quality feedback and claims support.
